Waitlist Privacy Notice

When you join the Trajekt website waitlist, Trajekt collects the email address you submit and records information needed to document your request, including the request source, the communications you asked for, the notice/request version, and the submission time.

Trajekt uses this information to manage the waitlist and send only the Trajekt beta-invitation, launch, product-availability, and early-access updates you requested. Joining this waitlist does not sign you up for an unrelated general newsletter, partner promotions, or a broader marketing stream.

Formspree processes website waitlist submissions for Trajekt. Trajekt sends the submitted email address and the waitlist-request metadata described above to Formspree so the request can be received and recorded.

You can ask Trajekt to stop sending these waitlist updates at any time through the waitlist unsubscribe page or by emailing privacy@trajekt.ca. Formspree processes website withdrawal submissions for Trajekt. Trajekt may keep a limited record of a withdrawal where reasonably needed to honour that choice and prevent future waitlist messages.
