Security claims should be specific, not decorative.
Trajekt handles information people reasonably expect a financial planning product to treat carefully. This page explains the current public-facing security and data-handling practices we can state clearly while the product is in private beta.
Private-beta note
Trajekt does not use labels such as “bank-grade,” “military-grade,” or independent security certifications unless they can be substantiated. Infrastructure and controls may evolve during beta, and this page will be updated when material practices change.
Account credentials
Trajekt does not receive your plain-text password. Authentication information and account events are handled through the systems used to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data minimization
Trajekt collects information needed to provide, improve, secure, and support the service. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information currently collected and the purposes for which they are used.
Consent-aware website measurement
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are loaded through Trajekt's website only after the corresponding privacy choice is granted. The website integration does not send your waitlist email address or financial profile data to those services.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you found a vulnerability or account-data issue, contact security@trajekt.ca directly. Please avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information in the report.
